Before entering a car

Check the driver’s name and vehicle registration and confirm they match the ride details. Arrange pickups in visible, safe locations where possible. Do not disclose your password or PIN.

During the journey

Wear seat belts; keep the trip active within the app; report route anomalies or suspicious behaviour. Drivers must not mark picked up before the passenger enters the vehicle. Riders can report a false pickup.

Emergency situations

Contact the police, ambulance or appropriate local emergency services first. Platform reporting is not an emergency-dispatch service. Contact support as soon as practical with the ride ID and relevant evidence.

Incident response

Platform staff should preserve relevant logs, limit access to sensitive details, support affected users, and escalate suspected crimes or serious safety incidents to competent authorities as legally required.
